Once you’ve selected your preferred apartment, you can apply online by clicking the “Apply Now” option. The process includes submitting your application fee, holding deposit, and required documentation. Applications are reviewed based on income, credit, rental history, and background screening.

Most applications are processed within 1–3 business days after all required documents have been received.

Yes. You can join our waitlist by submitting an application along with a $50 application fee per person and a $300 reservation deposit. Our team will reach out when a home that fits your preferences becomes available.

A $50 non-refundable application fee is required per applicant, along with a $300 holding fee that will be applied toward your deposit upon approval. If your application is not approved, the holding fee will be refunded.
